That’s all it takes to experience the benefits of Shamanic energy work and/or transpersonal coaching. The work we do takes place on a soul level, making it entirely different from other modalities that focus only on the physical body or egoic mind.

I was initiated into the practice of Shamanic energy work and transpersonal coaching through an intense training program with a lineage that includes Natalie Carlisle of Naughty Shaman, Alberto Villoldo, and indigenous Shamans from the mountains of Peru. In your 1:1 sessions, I will help you get to the root of physical, emotional, and mental patterns and work with you to establish new ways of being in the world. During these sessions, I use my unique insight, intuition, tracking skills, and healing tools to help alleviate the effects of heavy energy that arises from trauma, life events, and ancestral experiences/epigenetics. Both types of work can be implemented to help you through all kinds of issues and experiences - from the simple to the deep and spiritual. No problem is too large or too small. Your habits and ways of showing up in the world can be changed if that’s what you desire.
