The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. - Lao Tzu

Change is hard. I still dig my feet in regularly when I’m trying to create something new in my life. The old ways are easy…taking care of everything and everyone except myself, hiding from the world for hours under a blanket with comfort food and Netflix…sleeping in and making excuses about not exercising…creating a rush for myself in the morning so I “don’t have time” to meditate.

Don’t get me wrong - there is plenty of room in life for blankets, comfort food, and Netflix - but what I’ve learned about myself in the last few years, months, even seconds - is that for me, those behaviors are often reactions to something else. Maybe it’s something I don’t want to deal with. Maybe I’m feeling sad for some reason and mac and cheese is
”the only thing that will help.” (It does help by the way…just not a whole box at a time!)

Anyway, what I’ve discovered is that there is more to life than what I was allowing myself to create. There is joy to be found when I step outside my comfort zone, when I leave or change situations and relationships that are no longer healthy or supportive, when I allow myself to dream and then take action toward those dreams. Once I accepted that I am not perfect and I am not everybody’s cup of tea, but I AM STILL WORTHY, my whole world changed. My life looks 100% different than it ever has and now I’m ready to share what I’ve learned with you.

I am humbled and honored to have the opportunity to help create meaningful, lasting change in your life and help you remember who you TRULY are. I look forward to talking with you soon!

Much love,

Jess
